ALVGC ADMINISTRATIVE NOTES

It is NOT the responsibility of the Events Director to act as the individual tournament or activity coordinator. All tournaments and events will be facilitated by an individual/tournament/activity coordinator from the organization hosting the tournament.

Additional tournaments or facility activities must be coordinated NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE of activity through the ALVGC Events Director. The ALVGC Golf Event Request Agreement form (available in the course Operations Office) is the ONLY acceptable means of coordination.
